Hi, I’m Júlia Creus

I’m a registered dietitian and nutritionist specialising in clinical nutrition, sports performance, weight-management, body composition, and habit change.

I began my academic career in Medicine, studying diseases, their causes, and prevention. Recognizing the central role of food in a healthy and fulfilling life, I dedicated my focus to nutrition — a field where science meets everyday life, and where small changes can make a measurable difference. It became clear that this is where I could make the greatest impact: helping people prevent illness and lead healthier lives.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked with more than 150 individuals with diverse goals, backgrounds and needs — providing structure, clarity and practical tools through personalised nutrition support. Whether it’s optimising digestion, improving energy levels, managing weight or enhancing performance, I work to ensure the process is realistic, respectful and based on evidence.

My Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
    (Awarded Best Academic Record – Extraordinary Achievement Prize)

  • MSc in Sports Nutrition and Body Composition

  • ISAK Level 1 Certification in Anthropometric Assessment

  • International academic experience (Erasmus+ programme, University of Padua, Italy)

  • Clinical experience in hospitals and private clinics

  • Public health programmes and group workshops

  • Contributor to research projects and co-author of a nutritional guide published by Barcelona City Council

I currently offer online consultations in English, Spanish, Italian and Catalan, so the process can adapt to your needs — wherever you are.

My mission

My goal is to promote health and wellbeing through nutritional education and personal guidance.

I aim to foster a deeper understanding of the body, encourage informed and sustainable choices, and move away from guilt, restriction, or unnecessary complexity.

It’s not about perfect eating — it’s about finding what works best for you, in a balanced, realistic way, and providing the support needed to make lasting, positive changes.
